SursaTech started as a services company in 2017. Today we're a small studio that builds and operates our own products, and ships product engineering for clients we choose carefully.
From services to studio.
We started in 2017 as a software services company and built a track record shipping for clients across Nepal, Japan, Norway, and the United States.
Today we operate three products of our own — Humafu, AcademyKit, and Buy Me a Momo — and apply the same workflow to a small set of client engagements. Agents do a large share of the implementation work. Senior humans hold the architecture, the product judgment, and the customer relationship. That's the studio.
We pick engagements where we can move fast, ship real software, and learn something we'll use on the next product. We don't take work where the only differentiator is rate.

We deliver in Humafu, our own cloud IDE.
A small senior team produces the output of a much larger one because we work in the IDE we built for human-and-agent engineering — and we use it the way it was meant to be used: agents propose, humans hold the calls.

We don't take engagements where rate is the only differentiator, where the brief is unclear after a week, or where there's no senior counterpart on the client side.
